What Data We Collect

• Personal information (via Clerk): Email, name, profile image when you sign up or sign in.
• Usage analytics (via PostHog): Page views, sessions, feature usage. Collected only if you consent to analytics cookies.
• Payment data (via Stripe): Billing address, payment method metadata. We do not store full card numbers.
• Prediction data: Proofs, market predictions, probabilities, and decision logs you create.
• Product data: Alert preferences, watchlists, strategies, API key metadata (not raw keys).

How We Use It

• Deliver and operate the service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improve product UX and fix bugs (with your consent for analytics)
• Send transactional emails (e.g. deletion confirmation)
• Comply with legal obligations

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the product:

• Clerk: Authentication and account management
• Stripe: Payment processing
• PostHog: Analytics (opt-in)
• Cloud infrastructure (GCP): Hosting and databases

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

• Market snapshots: 90 days (configurable)
• Proofs: Indefinite (until you request deletion)
• Account data: Until you request deletion
• Analytics: Per PostHog retention policy

Your Rights

Under GDPR (EU/EEA) and CCPA (California), you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Export: Download your data (GDPR Art. 15) — available in Settings → Privacy
• Deletion: Request account and data deletion — available in Settings → Privacy
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
• Object / restrict: Limit processing in certain cases
